[Pyublas] pyublas + python3?

Should be fine. MeshPy (also part of my boost::python-based family of
packages) works with Py3 after this small change [1]. I ran out of time
compiling numpy 1.5, otherwise I would've tried PyUblas next. But my
sense is that it'll be close to a no-brainer port.
